100 Day Refund Policy

Only products that are new, unused, unopened, undamaged and in original condition can be refunded. The product must be in original packaging and be in a resalable condition for it to be refunded. Products that are washed, discolored, stained, torn, dented, damaged and/or with signs of odours cannot be refunded.

Strictly no refund for pillows, bolsters and protectors.

This is because we maintain high hygiene standards for the goods refunded back to us.

Slumblr has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

Charges when I return my products

You can get the full refund value on the price you paid for the product, subjected to delivery fees.

How do I return a product?

To return a product, simply follow these steps:

  1. Check if the product is allowed for return under the refund policy.
  2. Write us an email to sales@slumblr.com.sg     The title of the email should be refund with the invoice number. For example, ‘Refund, Invoice Number 1372’. Accompanied with pictures of the product to certify that it is in a new, unused, unopened, undamaged and in original condition. Through our email given above, our customer service officer will inform you if the product is allowed for refund. After we deem that the product is allowed for refund, please print the Slumblr order sent to your email when you first ordered the product and stick it to the product.
  3. Send the parcel back to our warehouse  at 53 Ubi Avenue 1, Paya Ubi Industrial Park  #03-24 using any logistic provider convenient for you.
  4. After we receive the product back in our warehouse in a new, unused, unopened, undamaged and in original condition will your refund process be successful.

Refunds will only be processed within 100 days of date of order.
